Sozo Firm, Inc.

Yep … it’s official. We’ve decided to incorporate. We’ve been contemplating going with a limited liability corporation, but, after chewing over the pros and cons of all the legal jargon, we’ve decided to go all out with the inc. (class S, of course). I’m sure we’ll have a bunch of headaches as all the paperwork and everything goes through (and even after that with all the appropriate adjustments), but it will be worth it.

So … once it’s all official, you’ll be seeing our new name … Sozo Firm, Inc. … which we’ll have to start using on all official documents, the website, in our emails, etc. etc. etc. We’ll still be the same ol’ Sozo Firm, but with the foundation to continue progressing.
