YouGetSignal.com Gets Thumbs Up

by Sozo Firm Staff on April 22, 2008

Kirk Ouimet’s free tools site, YouGetSignal.com, is the best thing I’ve stumbled upon today. This Brigham Young college student is contributing free of charge to the web community the following:

Enter a domain name and learn what other domain names share the same hosting with the first website

Enter an IP address to see where a web visitor is from or where geographically a website is hosted

Enter a phone number and learn where geographically a phone number is from

Enter an IP address or domain name and trace the route across the web’s backbone

Thanks, Kirk, for a valuable set of tools and for your generosity in sharing them!

High School-College Internships in York County, PA

by Sozo Firm Staff on April 8, 2008

We’ve got a couple summer internship openings for some talented high schoolers (16+) or college students located in southern York county, PA. These are nonpaid internships with flexible hours, but they are demanding in the sense that we have high expectations of our interns.

Required:

  • previous knowledge & some hands on experience with web design
  • an interest in web marketing and/or search engine optimization
  • a trainable spirit
  • As/Bs in school (or at least a 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA)
  • transportation

If you are interested, just contact us through our partnership form. There’s no need to include a resume or other documents, but writing a brief paragraph on why you are interested in a web marketing/SEO/web design internship will be helpful.
