Based on your needs, we can work "behind the scenes" providing the SEO, web marketing & consulting services your clients need while your company receives the full credit. Or, you can refer clients directly to us for either a lump sum payment or an ongoing commission.

Our company is built on integrity: we will not initiate contact with your clients outside of your express direction. In the event that one of your clients (whom we have provided a quote or services to within the past 12 months) contacts us directly, our standard policy is to refer them to contact us through your company.

Our SEO & web marketing services are provided in-house; we do not sacrifice quality by outsourcing to discount seo service providers overseas or in the U.S.

Web Designers

We occasionally search for quality web designers who may be interested in working for us on a project basis. If you are an experienced web designer, please contact us and submit a thorough portfolio (with url examples) of sites you have designed.

Internships

We occasionally have internship openings for high school or college students. When you contact us, please provide detailed specifications of your internship requirements, and we will let you know if interning with Sozo Firm may be a possibility. Interns will ideally live in southern York county, Pennsylvania though virtual internships (if permitted by your college) may also be a possibility.

Entrance Level Full Time SEO/Web Marketing Position

We are selectively recruiting for an entrance level full time web marketing position. A bachelors degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA is required. Full training will be provided in search engine optimization, search engine marketing, link development, competitor analysis, etc. Web design skills and previous experience are a plus. Occasional travel is required with on site consulting (Baltimore & York, primarily) and conducting on site web marketing seminars.

References are a must as is a sample of your writing skills. A brief video clip of your presentation skills would also be beneficial in the decision making. Salary is negotiable and includes medical insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation (first year), and bonus incentives. This position is initially home office based but requires a move to the New Freedom/Stewartstown/Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania region.

Graphic Design/ Web Designer Full Time Position

We are also recruiting for a full time web designer position (Adobe Photoshop/Dreamweaver CS3--with CSS training). A bachelors in a related subject matter is required. Full training will be provided in search engine optimization and related web design skills. Previous web design experience is a must. Occasional travel is required with on site consulting (Baltimore & York, primarily) and conducting on site web marketing seminars.

References are a must along with a sample of your writing skills and a porfolio of previous web design. A brief video clip of your presentation skills would also be beneficial in the decision making. Salary is negotiable and includes medical insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation (first year), and bonus incentives. This position is initially home office based but requires a move to the New Freedom/Stewartstown/Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania region.
