With our search engine optimization services for small businesses, we offer a variety of options including SEO analysis with report, SEO implementation, and ongoing SEO services. Many small business clients choose our ongoing SEO services plan where the cost of initial optimization services is spread out over a six month period.

SEO Service Options

Site Analysis with Search Engine Optimization Report

Our site analysis involves a thorough study of your website resulting in a written report that will guide you through the recommendations we suggest for improving your website's positioning in search engine result pages (SERPs). Specific questions you initially provide us will also be considered and thoroughly answered. Upon completion and delivery of the report (typically within 60 days), we will be available at no additional charge to clarify any report related questions. Our site analysis does not include on-site implementation.

Fees range from $1500 to $8000

Analysis with SEO Implementation

Our second SEO option for small businesses includes a thorough evaluation of your website along with the application of viable SEO recommendations. This option includes on-site implementation. Recommendations that we are unable to apply ourselves to your website will be given to you in writing. We will gladly work with your web designer or webmaster.

Initial Analysis & Ongoing Search Engine Optimization

This third option involves the initial thorough evaluation of your website along with continuing SEO services for a term of 6 months. SEO services can be purely consultant services or can include onsite implementation.

Hourly Rates for SEO

We offer hourly options. The initial time will be spent analyzing your site and determining what modifications are necessary. We can then present to you a list of recommended modifications in order of priority. For companies with limited budgets, we can then focus on the top priority issues and later tackle lesser issues as funds permit. Workflow timesheets are provided with the billing.

Our hourly rates are determined by the total number of hours agreed upon within the contract.
