Rates for Email, Online Chat & Phone Consulting
Our current hourly rates (billable in 5 minute intervals):
Hourly: $120
Rates for Web Conferencing Consulting
Includes phone & GoToMeeting or similar service (billable in 15 minute intervals).

Long Term Contract Rates
Single month contract ($110/hr; additional hours beyond contracted amount at $120)

Rates for On Site Consultations
Local On Site Consulting
Includes on site training, consultation, lectures, and presentations. Our local service area is Baltimore, MD; Washington, D.C.; & Harrisburg, PA. Remote rates are valid for any region outside our local service area.
Local on site consulting (prices valid for single day consulting only; please inquire for multi day consulting):
On Site Consulting Fee: $200 (mandatory) plus the hourly rate of $120/hour
1 hour: $120 + $200 = $320
2 hours: $240 + $200 = $440
3 hours: $360 + $200 = $560
4 hours: $480 + $200 = $680
5 hours: $600 + $200 = $800
Remote On Site Consulting (2-3 hour drive)
For on site consulting located outside the Baltimore, Washington, D.C. & Harrisburg region but accessible by a 2-3 hour drive from Stewartstown, PA:
On Site Consulting Fee: $500 (mandatory) plus the hourly rate of $120/hour
1 hour: $120 + $500 = $620
2 hours: $240 + $500 = $740
3 hours: $360+ $500 = $860
4 hours: $480 + $500 = $980
5 hours: $600 + $500 = $1100
Remote On Site Consulting (overnight/multi day)
For on site consulting located outside the Baltimore, Washington, D.C. & Harrisburg region involving an overnight stay or multi day training:
On Site Consulting Fee: $4000 first day + $2000 each additional day
Host is responsible for:
First class plane tickets from Baltimore/Washington Intl BWI (if flying)
Rental car (if flying)
Transportation expenses (if traveling by car)
Hotel accomodation
