Entrance Level SEO/Web Marketing Position

We are selectively recruiting for an entrance level web marketing position. A bachelors degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA is required. Full training will be provided in search engine optimization, search engine marketing, link development, competitor analysis, etc. Web design skills and previous experience are a plus. Occasional travel is required with on site consulting (Baltimore & York, primarily) and conducting on site web marketing seminars. References are a must along with a sample of your writing skills and a porfolio of previous web design. A brief video clip of your presentation skills would also be beneficial in the decision making. This position is home office based and must be located within an hour drive from Stewartstown/New Freedom, PA.

Graphic Design/ Web Designer Position

We are also recruiting for a web designer position (Adobe Photoshop/Dreamweaver CS3--with CSS training). A bachelors in a related subject matter is required. Full training will be provided in search engine optimization and related web design skills. Previous web design experience is a must. Occasional travel is required with on site consulting (Baltimore & York, primarily) and conducting on site web marketing seminars. References are a must along with a sample of your writing skills and a porfolio of previous web design. A brief video clip of your presentation skills would also be beneficial in the decision making. This position is home office based and must be located within an hour drive from Stewartstown/New Freedom, PA.

These Are Commission Based Positions

These positions are commission based positions with you (1) provided leads via our marketing; (2) responsible for negotiating & securing the contract; (3) providing the contracted services to the client. For contracts with services provided by multiple staff members, you would receive an hourly commission rate. Until your client portfolio is developed, we can be very flexible with the time demands placed on you (i.e. you are permitted to work elsewhere during training & portfolio development until your workload is high enough).
